It appears that more and more parents and
teens are turning to the pages of the Parenting Adolescents Online
Bookstore for information and recommendations on books for parents,
adolescents, and children.
Books which are sold through amazon.com* are eligible for a book review and
ordering link in the Online Bookstore
at the following fees:
- ONLY $1 US per 65-character line of the review,
not including title and author lines, which are free
- plus $5 for including image of book jacket,
supplied by publisher OR
- $10 US for image of book jacket that I go
to amazon.com and pick up myself
- $25 US for including your book on the "front page" of the Online Bookstore,
in the center column, for two-week to four-week period
(the exact period depends on when I get time to change the front
page, but the book will be included on the front page for at
least 14 days after the date it is first posted) - LOWER PRICE

Books featured on the front
page of the Online Bookstore are subsequently filed for an
indefinite period of time under one of the topic headings (see
below for information about topic headings). (I have yet to remove
a book from the Online Bookstore, but there is always the possibility
that this will have to occur at some point; I am happy to guarantee
that your book will not be purposely removed from the Bookstore
for a period of at least six months, unless for some reason the
site is shut down--most books have been included in the Bookstore
for much longer.)
You can choose the "topic" under
which your book will be placed in the Online Bookstore, if it
is not featured on the front page or under which it will be filed
after it is taken from the front page. Please review the topic menu for a list
of topics you can select for your book. If you want a new topic
added to the topic menu for your book, this will cost an extra
$15. Please be advised that other books with a similar topic
may be reviewed on the same page as your book, after it is taken
from the front page (or if the fee for front-page feature has
not been paid). If I can't agree with the wording of a special
topic heading you request, I will not review the book.
I do not review any book I don't think is
worthwhile and would be helpful to my site visitors. Therefore,
if I decide not to review your book, I will return the advance
copy your publisher sends.
