ParentingAdolescents.com is currently seeking applications from mental health professionals in the U.S. and other countries, qualified to treat adolescents and/or their families, for inclusion in our Directory of Clinicians.

Duly licensed and accredited social workers, psychologists, counselors, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals qualified to treat adolescents and pre-adolescent children and/or their families, are invited to apply for inclusion in the listings.

Currently, between 15 and 25 thousand visitors access this web site each week. Of these, many send in questions--both parents and teens or pre-teens--to be answered by Jean Walbridge or Karen Martin, Licensed Clinical Social Workers.  Every letter is answered. A percentage of answers include the recommendation that the parent or teen consult a mental health professional near them.

Offering our users an online source of information about mental health professionals in their own communities would greatly facilitate our referring them for consult or treatment. In addition, many visitors who never send in a question will be able to consult the Information and Referral section of the site for information about counselors, therapists, or psychiatrists in their communities who might be helpful to them.

Listing for one calendar year (from the first date of posting) in our online Directory of Clinicians, offering a targeted referral base--adolescents and their families. Acceptance of applications is highly selective; you will join other mental health professionals with advanced degrees and training. The cost for this year-long listing is just $50 US.
